Paul Lawrence Vann is the Founder and President of Wealth Building Academy, LLC a leadership development consultancy and professional growth consultancy located in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Dubbed “The Leadership Catalyst” Paul helps mid-career professionals, corporate executives, entrepreneurs and leaders develop their self-leadership skills resulting in them becoming the best speaker they can be, so they can make a difference in their organizations and communities.
Paul is a retired U.S. Air Force military officer and Capitol Hill Fellow, who has led from the Pentagon and in various military operations for more than two decades around the world. Paul’s experiences have taught him that Leadership is the difference between ordinary and extraordinary results and, leadership begins with self-mastery. With a dynamic mix of keynote speaking, executive coaching and proven training programs, Paul helps mid-career professionals and leaders “Lead themselves first” so that they can confidently and influentially lead others.
Paul hosts the Wealth Academy Podcast and has produced over 300 episodes. He is a three-time #1 best-selling author of several best-selling books including his award-winning book, Leadership Is Influence, Faith for Times Like Now and Living on Higher Ground.
